Spring is a very important transitional period. It symbolises movement and rebirth after a long and cruel winter. Flowers bloom from resilient seeds and bulbs buried in the frozen ground. Lakes and rivers melt their ice. Nature is getting ready to live again and create. Transitions are fundamental, humans are not meant to go from winter to summer in one jump, from pain to bliss without the gradual healing. Spring is here to remind us that time is needed and sacred, especially in a world that urges us to feel better immediately after a hard time.
