Happy 12th birthday to my Little Rock. You have been my constant companion, my best mate and my family. You’ve seen me through some very tough times and lent me your heart when mine felt too weak. You bring me and your family so much joy and happiness just by being you, whether that’s farting, sleeping, snoring or rolling around on your back, you have no idea how deeply you are loved. I thank you my little Rocky for choosing me to be your dad, I’m the proudest when I’m with you mate. Happy birthday old man! Here’s to many more, I am so privileged that you’re mine 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

A deep heartfelt thank you to @citylit for my lifetime fellowship award, of which I’m incredibly humbled and proud - when myself, principle @markmalcomson and Amber Fabian discussed this award presentation, the opportunity to curate an exhibition of City Lit artists past and present was decided - and after 150 artist submissions, has culminated in “Home” (closing June 16th) an exhibition that has been a wonderful experience and privilege to bring together with arts educator @iantucknott and the artists. Last night I was interviewed on stage by principle Mark Malcomson before receiving my fellowship, a very special evening indeed. Thank you to all at the City Lit - an educational paradise for the nerd and geek in all of us, encouraging adult education and lifelong learning for all.
