ugh i had the best pole play day with @jaoxjaox. okay so i actually displaced my shoulder 2 years ago and couldn’t even put on a jacket without wanting to yelp. it took a lot of rehab and care to get to a point that i could pole again. it was so sad and humbling but actually in a beautiful way. i learnt to be patient with my body and trust in its intelligence to heal. today i didn’t feel any pain and got some moves back. i wore my @bubblegumthebrand top it helped me fly. so excited to be back training again… eusexua tour is…!!!!!! who is coming? ❤️
