From Spain to Belgium Alvaro’s Memory Dish? Arroz a la Cubana 🇪🇸 
One of his favorite dishes as a kid — rice, tomato, banana and eggs — the kind of comfort food that takes you straight back home. ❤️ But this time, I gave it a little twist — We turned it into a shakshuka-style arroz with soul, spice and a spoonful of nostalgia. 🍅🍳 Guanciale, shallots, rice and smoked paprika… cooked risotto-style with tomato and sweet red pepper. 😋 The eggs poached right into the sauce. And of course — golden, buttery fried banana slices on the side. 🔥 A warm, comforting remix of a childhood classic.
