本日、@airbnb とパートナーシップを 組んで手がける Akiya Design Project を発表しました🤍 茨城県古河市にある、かつて空き家だった 美しい古民家をリデザインしています。 この場所に、私らしいあたたかさや エネルギーを少しずつ吹き込んで、新しい命を宿していく。そんな時間が、とても特別で愛おしく感じています。 日本の伝統建築に、自分の感性やスタイルを重ねていくこと。すでにそこにあるものの中に、まだ知られていない美しさを見つけるのが大好きです。 泊まる方が心から楽しめるように、たくさん試行錯誤しながら作っています。ぜひお楽しみに！ この秋、Airbnbで宿泊できるようになるので、 ぜひ体験してみてください。 #エアビー ✳✳✳ Today I’m excited to share the Akiya Design Project in partnership with @airbnb 🤍 In the town of Koga, Ibaraki, I’m redesigning a beautiful kominka—a traditional Japanese home that was once an abandoned akiya. Little by little, I’ve been breathing warmth, character, and new life into this space. It’s been such a special, meaningful journey. Blending my own aesthetic with the timeless beauty of Japanese architecture—I love finding quiet charm in things that are already here, just waiting to be noticed. I’m putting a lot of love and care into making it a space you’ll truly enjoy staying in.Can’t wait to welcome you. This fall, it’ll be available to book on Airbnb. Stay tuned ✨
