미용실에서 제 머리를 망쳤어요… 여러분 사진보고 많이 놀라셨죠. 3년 만에 금발소다로 깜짝 변신하려고 투어를 마치고 한국에 돌아와 평소 다니던 샵에서 탈색을 했는데 탈색시간을 너무 오래 방치해서 잘못돼 머리가 전체적으로 뿌리부터 녹아내렸고,결국 뒷통수와 옆머리 전체가 삭발 머리가 되었어요. 저는 원래 모발이 굵고 숱도 많고 3년간 탈색을 쉬며 꾸준히 관리해온 건강모였는데 이렇게 된 적이 처음이에요… 이미 행사나 공연장에서 저를 보신 많은 분들이 너무나도 놀라시는 모습에 저 역시도 속상하고 매일 한 주먹씩 빠지는 머리카락을 볼 때마다 심장이 뛰어 2주째 잠도 제대로 못 자고, 눈물이 계속 나네요 ... 팬분들께 찍힌 영상 속 그리고 거울 속 제 머리를 볼 때마다 정말 마음이 아파요. 대중앞에 서는 직업이기에 온갖 방법을 찾고있지만 계속해서 머리가 더 빠지고 있고 머리카락이 3미리 정도로 끊긴 상태라 증모술조차 어렵다고 하더라고요. 끊긴 머리를 기르려면 2년이 넘게 걸린다고 해서 그나마 남은 머리로 흉한 부분을 겨우 감추며 다니고 있어요. 당장 이러지도 저러지도 못하고 막막한 상태에서 끙끙앓다가, 앞으로 제 머리를 보시고 놀라실 여러분들께 조심스럽게 제 상태를 알려드려요. 그럼에도 포기하지않고 열심히 방법을 찾아서 여러분들께 예쁜모습 보여드릴 수 있도록 노력해볼게요!!! 부디 여러분들도 저처럼 되지 마시고 탈색은 미용사의 실력에 크게 좌우되니 꼭 충분히 알아보고 탈색 전문가에게 시술하세요! Hair salon ruined my hair. You probably shocked by the photos. I wanted to show you a pretty side of me again, so after my tour, I came back to Korea and tried to surprise you all by going blonde Soda again after 3 years. I got my hair bleached at my usual salon. My hair was originally thick, full, and in healthy condition from taking a 3-year break from bleaching and consistent care. But they left the bleach on for too long, and my hair melted from the roots. In the end, I had to shave the entire back and sides of my head. Many people who saw me at events and shows were very shocked. I was also very surprised and sad. My hair kept falling out in big handfuls every day. I was so upset that I couldn’t sleep for 2 weeks and cried almost every day. It’s really hard for me to look in the mirror. When I see videos fans took of me, I feel even more heartbroken. And it’s not over yet… My hair is still falling out more. Most of it is only about 3mm long now, so I can’t even get hair extensions. It will take over 2 years for my hair to grow back. Now I try to cover the bald parts with the little hair I have left. It makes me feel very lost and very sad every day. After thinking a lot, I wanted to gently tell you about my condition just in case you see me and feel shocked. Don’t end up like me, bleaching really depends on the hairstylist’s skill, so make sure to do your research and get it done by a bleaching specialist!

“니가 원해서 탈색한 거 아니냐”는 말, “탈색을 그렇게 많이 하니까 그렇게 되지”라는 말, 너무 속상해요. 저는 몇 년째 눈 건강 생각해서 샵에서 권유한 눈썹 염색도 계속 거절해왔고, 탈색 역시 암 유발 우려 때문에 3년 넘게 조심하며 피해왔습니다. 하지만 해당 샵 원장님께서 “몇 년째 갈색머리 지겹다, 스타일 좀 바꾸자” 직접 먼저 제안하셨고, 그 말에 흔들려 시술을 결정하게 됐어요. 눈썹 탈색도 이번에 또 권유받았지만, 저는 끝까지 분명하게 거절했습니다. 최종 결정은 결국 제 몫이었지만, 모든 선택이 온전히 100% 자발적인 건 아니었다는 점과 함께 탈색처럼 손상 큰 시술은 전문가가 모발 상태를 정확히 진단하고 위험을 충분히 설명해야 할 책임이 있지만 그런 설명조차 듣지 못했습니다. 이 점 오해 없으시길 바랍니다. Hearing things like “Didn’t you want to bleach your hair?” or “Well, that’s what happens when you bleach too much” really hurts. For years, I’ve turned down the salon’s repeated suggestions to tint my eyebrows out of concern for my eye health. I even stayed away from bleaching for over three years because of its potential cancer risks. But this time, the salon director said, “You’ve had brown hair for years, it’s getting boring. Let’s switch it up.” That suggestion is what led me to agree to the treatment. She also recommended bleaching my eyebrows again, but I clearly refused. Yes, the final decision was mine. But not every decision is made 100% voluntarily. And with a highly damaging process like bleaching, it is the professional’s responsibility to accurately assess the condition of the hair and clearly explain the potential risks. But I wasn’t given any such explanation. I hope this clears up any misunderstandings.
