Composed of 600 ultra-thin layers, each no more than 45 microns thick, the quartz fibres that make up the Quartz TPT® of the RM 65-01 are saturated with a special resin developed exclusively for Richard Mille. The layers are then stacked, with each one rotated 45° from the previous, creating a distinctive visual texture. Once heated to 120°C and compressed at 6 bars, the material is ready to be machined into the brand’s signature tripartite tonneau case. This machining process reveals random patterns within the layers, ensuring that every RM 65-01 case is truly unique. 🎥 @milledollars

The RM43-01 tourbillon split-seconds calibre engineered from the ground up over a three-year development process. Exceptionally lightweight and strong, its intricate architecture rests on a highly skeletonised grade 5 titanium baseplate, and its engine supported by bridges made from both titanium and Carbon TPT®. Model of efficiency, it delivers 70 hours of power reserve indicated at 2 o’clock on a 5N PVD titanium dial. The quality of this energy is also readable through a second dial via the torque indicator. The last indicator, for the selected function, completes this dashboard.
