1. If you want discipline in your life, find discipline in the gym. 2. It took 3 months before I started to see any real results. 3. My diet was strict. Really strict. I haven’t eaten sweets for 5 months. And I’m at a point where I no longer even crave it. 4. My body needed days off from weights. On those days I will still train but I’ll either walk, swim or do something outsides 5. 10-15 min sauna each day has been a game changer. 6. Now I know I can get even better in another month. 7. I got really betrayed by people and have used that energy to improve myself. Use betrayal or disappointment from people as the rocket fuel to get you on levels they will never reach..
