REGAIN YOUR POWER IS NOW LIVE‼️ I founded @rypapparel in 2024, inspired by my own personal mental health journey. Throughout high school, I struggled with my relationship with food and my body. Over time, those struggles developed into self-harm and a diagnosis of depression. In 2019, I made the brave decision to seek therapy, and I continued my healing process until graduation, when I moved to New York City for college. In the midst of trying to find my place in a new city, I fell into the party lifestyle, relying on alcohol as a way to feel confident and fit in. Soon, my eating disorder resurfaced, and alcohol became a daily coping mechanism. In 2021, after experiencing sexual assault, I was diagnosed with PTSD, DPDR, and severe anxiety. To numb the pain and panic attacks, I turned even further to drinking. By the end of that year, I had hit rock bottom—mentally, physically, and emotionally. I felt powerless. At the start of 2022, determined to change my life, I made a New Year’s resolution to prioritize my mental and physical health. I began my fitness journey, and almost immediately, I noticed its incredible impact on my mental well-being. Two months later, I made the life-changing decision to cut out alcohol and nicotine entirely. It wasn’t an easy process, but through discipline, vulnerability, and resilience, I slowly healed my relationship with food, my body, and most importantly, myself. The gym became more than a place to exercise—it became my safe place. With every step forward, I was rebuilt my strength, mentally and physically, and reclaimed the power I thought I had lost. Over time, I transformed my pain into purpose. For me, Regain Your Power is more than just a clothing brand—it’s a movement, a reminder that no matter how broken you may feel, you have the strength to rise, rebuild, and reclaim your life. My story is proof that healing is possible, and my mission is to remind you: Regain Your Power isn’t just my story… it can be yours too. linked in bio🔗 #regainyourpower #mentalhealth
