The 2026 CrossFit Open, presented by Air National Guard, is headed beachside for the LIVE announcement of Open Workout 26.3! The final workout of the 2026 Open will be revealed LIVE from Wodapalooza Miami on March 12. After the announcement, WZA competitors will take on 26.3 as part of the competition and earn official CrossFit Open scores. And fans in Miami can jump in, too — earn an official score on-site with judges and close out your Open with a bang! #CrossFitOpen #WZA #CrossFit

Throwback to Tia-Clair Toomey's final attempt on the barbell complex at the 2022 Torian Pro. After Kara Saunders just barely missed the jerk at 245 lb (111 kg), Toomey stepped up to her 245-lb bar. Hitting this lift would give her the event win and tie her for the women's heaviest complex across all semifinal events. Toomey left no doubt. 🚨 First rope climb 🚨 Neuro Moderate athlete @james_sutliff never thought he would climb a rope. In fact, heading into The Grip Reaper, he was prepared to finish out his pull-ups and deadlifts and sit out the rope climbs, accepting a defeat for Event 2. But, with the support of the crowd and his competitors, Sutliff fought his way to the top, not only getting his first rope climb, but accumulating all three and finishing the event in a time of 6:47. “It just proves that anything is possible,” training partner @sophiewilson94 said. “In the moment, you can prove to yourself that you are capable of anything.” #CrossFit #Adaptive #Fitness #Sport
