On the opening day of #ParisFashionWeek, #BellaHadid returned to the @YSL catwalk. With the Eiffel Tower twinkling in the background, creative director @AnthonyVaccarello put on a characteristically cinematic showing that began with leather-clad models dripping in pearls and culminated in a parade of elaborately ruffled parachute gowns. Closing out #MilanFashionWeek, @GiorgioArmani presented its SS26 collection, the first since the designer passed away earlier this month. The emotional and poignant show, held in the candlelit courtyard of the Pinacoteca di Brera, epitomised the elegance synonymous with the late designer, with the likes of #CateBlanchett, #GlennClose, #RichardGere and #LaurenHutton – the stars of #AmericanGigolo, for which Mr Armani designed the costumes – watching from the front row.
Dario Vitale made his debut for @Versace tonight at #MilanFashionWeek, taking over the helm after Donatella Versace stepped back after 27 years. Held at the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana museum in the Italian fashion capital, Vitale brought his vision to life with bold colour, graphic prints and ’80s silhouettes.
