Creative Director Pelagia Kolotouros transforms the 1895 glass-and-iron landmark into “The Locker Room,” where tiled surfaces, steamed glass panels, and cascading shower curtains blur the lines between private rituals and public spectacle. The set captures the raw tension of victory and defeat, reimagining René Lacoste’s formative years through a bold, sensorial lens. Kolotouros leans into the beauty of unfinished moments – unbuttoned polos, sweat-soaked jerseys – with designs featuring transparent nylon, shower-curtain organza, and oversized silhouettes. The iconic Lenglen bag returns, inspired by vintage tennis skirts and racket grips, while the crocodile gets a fresh spin with grass-court embroidery. A palette of green, orange, archival blue, taupe, and olive ties it all together. Oscar-winning actor Adrien Brody, Michelle Williams, Davika Hoorne, EXO’s Kai, and AllDay Project’s Youngseo and Woochan were among the audience, witnessing a collection that celebrates the beauty of vulnerability and triumph, while setting a new standard for athletic elegance.
