Thank you for allowing me to be the best version of me, for giving me the best family I could ever ask for and thank you for being my wife.. So this was the early hours of the morning when I hit this session in Las Vegas, only 5 hours after winning my third OLYMPIA title - crazy as that sounds I know 🤯 it wasn’t because I felt I had to get back in the gym straight away or anything like that… it was purely to clear my head and try to take it all in.. the gym has always been my therapy and a place I go to switch off from the world. There was no way I was going to sleep after finals and I’m not much of party animal so couldn’t think of anywhere better at that time hahaha.. sad I know but that’s me 😊🤷🏻‍♂️

Peak week, fasted 3am physique check, only one in the gym, fully focused and locked in 👊🏼 mentally preparing for the stage in a couple of days time! Although tough in the moment I don’t half miss it already.. that feeling of knowing your nearly at the finish line, the work has been done and you can visualise the outcome 👊🏼 the fire this gives me is unreal and I even get goosebumps now writing it…so when people talk about retirement for me I just can’t entertain it yet! There will be a time when I don’t get this same feeling and thats when I will know it’s time!
As you can see by the carousel of training pictures, @versagripps are an integral part of my training - undoubtedly help me push through plateaus in training by helping me get those extra 2 or 3 reps I wouldn’t get typically with just my grip strength. Tried and tested by myself since 2017 👌🏽

Top 3 of the 2025 @mrolympiallc 👊🏼 . Front and back - the only two poses judged in men’s physique…. perfect them first then introduce transitions and other complimentary poses that suit your physique after. Simple and precise is more effective sometimes than over complicated routines. The only thing you run the risk of with over complicated routines is showing flaws in your physique and at an Olympia level, that’s exactly what the judges are trying to find… the flaws that expose you as anyone stepping on that stage will have a world class physique 😊👊🏼👍🏼
The 2025 @mrolympiallc pre judging - can honestly say the most fun I have ever had on stage in the whole 16 years I have been competing…. Mindset is key and I was determined this year to be confident, undeniable and present so that I can enjoy being in the moment 😊👍🏼
A few words to try and describe how I’m feeling right now… the morning after winning my third consecutive MP @mrolympiallc title 🤯😬 Thank you so much to each and everyone of you out there who has supported me, not only on this prep, but my whole career 👊🏼 you will never quite know how much it means to me 🙌🏽😊
