The Chiling Future Power Award is to encourage creative and visionary storyteller to bring their ideas to life, to move and inspire people thought the power of film. If a film can touch hearts, inspire reflection and even spark a small act kindness, then I believe that is the meaningful purpose of cinema. I also hope the world will see the incredible talent coming from Taiwan, and I believe with the beautiful collaboration together, our stories will be heard globally.
