My loves, today I’m sharing one of the best Christmas cookie recipes with you: my classic Vanilla Kipferl. I’ve been baking these every year for Christmas, and they’re always a favorite. In my video I used a double batch, but here are the ingredients for a single batch: Ingredients: • 200 g butter • 100 g ground almonds • 70 g sugar • 2 egg yolks • 280 g flour Mix everything together, adding the flour slowly, and let the dough rest for 1 hour. In a deep plate, mix 2 packets of vanilla sugar with some powdered sugar. Once the Vanilla Kipferl come out of the oven hot, roll them immediately in the vanilla–powdered sugar mixture. Baking time: 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 175°C. Have fun baking! Yours, Alexandra 🤍
