Do you ever re-draw your old art? I think it’s a great way to test your artistic growth. If you’re feeling creatively blocked, it’s also a good way to make you feel better about your own work because you become more aware of how much you’ve learned and grown! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here are some remakes I’ve made over the years ~ the last one is the most cringe of them all, so you can skip that one 😅

Honestly, Arcane was the first animation I’d seen in decades that made me so incredibly excited about what this medium is capable of. What a masterpiece! Here’s my favorite girl Jinx 🩷💙 Check out my stories for some of the process!

Making a value study! I think I tried like 20 different brushes on this one and ended up just doing most of the rendering with the hard round brush 😂 What’s your go-to brush?

Playing around with color for these studies ~ inspired by the self portraits of one of my favorite artists, Egon Schiele. I love how he used such vibrant colors to paint skin and faces.
