The term bounce back actually can be pretty daunting. Reality is you never really bounce back, the body you had even a year ago really isn’t the body you have today. Once I had my baby my focus was on rebuilding on the foundations I had put in place. It was also about rebuilding my metal state, my habits, motivation to even show up in moments when I really didn’t want to. When your body is going through change you can’t think about getting back to how things were. You have to think about building and building daily on a new version of you. A stronger version.
