14歲時以 IZ*ONE 成員身份出道，如今作為 IVE 的一員活躍於世界舞台，#張員瑛 @for_everyoung10 的名字已然成為韓流新世代的象徵。她走過的每一步，不全是天賦或運氣，而是靠近乎苛求的自律與專注，一點一滴堆砌的基礎。站在最耀眼的鎂光燈下，她始終從容不迫，以嚴謹的態度確保每一場舞台、每一次拍攝都盡善盡美、不留遺憾。「我從來不會緊張。我覺得人會緊張，是因為潛意識知道自己還沒準備好。如果準備得夠充分，就比較不容易感到不安。所以當我即將面對一件可能讓我緊張的事，我就會再三確認，務求萬無一失。」熒光幕前的自信是她無數次練習的成果，她不是不曾感到焦慮，而是學會了如何與之共處，並以行動克服不安。

Debuting at 14 as a member of IZ*ONE, she is now active on the world stage as part of IVE, and #Wonyoung @for_everyoung10 name has become a symbol of the new generation of K-pop. Every step she has taken is not solely due to talent or luck, but rather through near-demanding discipline and focus, building a solid foundation bit by bit. Standing under the brightest spotlight, she remains calm and collected, ensuring that every performance and every shoot is perfect and without regrets. “I never get nervous. I think people get nervous because their subconscious knows they are not fully prepared. If you are well-prepared, it’s less likely to feel anxious. So when I am about to face something that might make me nervous, I will double-check everything to ensure that nothing goes wrong.” The confidence she displays on screen is the result of countless hours of practice; she has not been without anxiety, but she has learned how to coexist with it and overcome her unease through action.

If youth has a certain posture, it would probably be the appearance of #Wonyoung @for_everyoung10, shining brightly; and her brilliance is a gentle form of giving it her all. She says the essence of youth is living in the moment, often unnoticed, and as time passes, looking back reveals that those moments were indeed youth. Rather than the grand achievements, she cherishes the everyday rehearsals with her team and the dinner after a long day of work. These seemingly ordinary yet fully lived moments are the traces left by youth. And Wonyoung, at the height of her youth, shines and radiates without hesitation.
