There’s a lot of muscles that make up the back & certain back exercises train different parts. That’s why understanding the physiology is important. Early in my career, I didn’t grasp the concepts of back training and I would literally just go into the gym and “pull” the weight. Small adjustments, angle changes, and grip positioning can make a huge difference in your training efficiency.
