At this point I’m just training to see how high I can throw Bradley in the air (even though Court doesn’t let me test my true potential).
I told myself I wanted smaller legs to wear normal pants, but then I remembered I love training legs too much so that’s not going to happen…. A bodybuilders version of Growth > Comfort 🤝
If you’re looking for a fun way to smoke your legs next leg day give this a shot at the end of your workout… Set a timer for 2 minutes and just go. Bare minimum is 60 reps. Choose to do something hard this weekend, you’ll thank me later🤝 @stndrd

Hell of a week down in AZ with the @stndrd crew. 2020 was arguably my best prep. Covid was like a hyperbolic time chamber. Everything was locked in and I had one goal, bodybuilding. It really showed me how much you can get out of something when all your energy is going into it. Not just success, but actually enjoying it, being present, thinking clearly, feeling creative. Life doesn’t always let you move like that. Like you’re in a vacuum. But for me, it is a reminder that more isn’t always better. Sometimes having too much on your plate just means you don’t get to fully enjoy any of it. So it’s important to figure out what really brings you passion and fulfillment, work toward putting as much of your energy into that as possible, and cutting out the rest.
