It’s a day of quiet dignity and deep gratitude💙 To celebrate, I wanted to share some of the best things about my beautiful home country, and why I love Finland so deeply: Finnish Nature and Seasons: I love Finnish nature and the changing seasons that differ so much from each other🌿 Peacefulness: The respect for others and the environment is wonderful. You can always find a forest to wander around in🌲 Finnish Culture: My favorite Finnish traits are our modesty and humility. This makes interactions genuine and meaningful🤍 Sauna and Winter Swimming: Essential for physical and mental relaxation! ❄️ Finnish Sisu: (Determination regardless of the cost). Why I love winter swimming?❄️🩵 Those who have been following me longer already know that I swim in the cold water almost every morning, not just for the physical benefits but also for the mental ones. For me winter swimming is about wellbeing, refreshment, and it helps me to pause and be more mindfully present. It’s a time for reflection, mindfulness, and a deep connection with nature.
