Why I love winter swimming?❄️🩵 Those who have been following me longer already know that I swim in the cold water almost every morning, not just for the physical benefits but also for the mental ones. For me winter swimming is about wellbeing, refreshment, and it helps me to pause and be more mindfully present. It’s a time for reflection, mindfulness, and a deep connection with nature.
