3 weeks out, carbs low, cardio high, 150lbs dumbbells still don’t get a break. Of course there’s going to be some strength loss during prep, but don’t tell yourself that before a workout... There are countless mental battles in prep and a huge one is not training like a p***y just because your tired. Sometimes the hardest part is actually picking up the weight and getting set, but if you get yourself into position you just might surprise yourself with how much strength you can muster up. Don’t sell yourself short before a workout, walk in every day with the assumption your stronger than ever and ready to train more intense then ever, the results will speak for themselves. #DBAP P.S.
