And in a system driven by profit, chronic illness becomes good business. Over-medicalization turns every discomfort into a diagnosis. Yes, medicine is essential in emergencies. But for long-term health, the best “treatment” is often no treatment at all—just creating the right conditions for the body to heal itself. Doubt is not weakness.
