First full week of training in the bag after a short break and post stem cell treatment.. still early days but damn it feels good to be back lifting again! You don’t realise how much you love training until it’s taken away from you… appreciating being back in there, granted only 30% but we are moving and I will take that! 7 months of graft ahead before the Olympia defence 👊🏼 love a challenge 😊👊🏼 . And no guys, that isn’t me at present haha
