After multiple requests this past weekend about seeing a physique update I thought I would show one - no fancy edit 👊🏼 we are now 8 weeks post stem cell treatment from @bioxcellerator and I’d say we are 80% back to full training… weight is fluctuating between 224lb - 227lb which isn’t to bad considering the amount of travel I’m currently doing.. my intention is to maintain what I’m doing until my travel is over at the end of the month, then it’s go time to start pushing 👊🏼

Certain exercises are a staple in my back workouts. For the past two years I have worked very hard to bring my back up, hitting it twice a week religiously! Below are my 5 favourite exercises to hit - I started my fitness journey purely on free weights and barbells so naturally I gravitate to these type of movements first, before moving onto machine work. 1) bent over barbell row (both pronated and underhand) 2) single arm dumbell rows (neutral grip) 3) wide grip pull ups (assisted and none assisted) 4) deadlift or hypers New back ebook coming soon … www.RyanTerry.co.uk 👊🏼🔥

First full week of training in the bag after a short break and post stem cell treatment.. still early days but damn it feels good to be back lifting again! You don’t realise how much you love training until it’s taken away from you… appreciating being back in there, granted only 30% but we are moving and I will take that! 7 months of graft ahead before the Olympia defence 👊🏼 love a challenge 😊👊🏼 . And no guys, that isn’t me at present haha
