When jewellery becomes sculpture, narrative, and mystery all at once… you’re likely looking at a creation by Hong Kong jewellery artist Austy Lee @austy_lee! These cocktail rings are wearable portals into a world of symbolism and psychedelic craftsmanship. One of the most anticipated lots at Phillips Geneva @phillipsauction – a 53.14-ct Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond pendant – failed to sell, as reported by Forbes. This old mine cut, internally flawless diamond was expected to fetch up to CHF 3.1 million. But even with its exceptional colour and clarity, this isn’t always enough to seal the deal on auction day.
